This zinc model of the classic K45 LEVERGUN is designed for use in underground mines. The K45 LEVERGUN is a lever-action grease gun designed for high pressure and high volume greasing that can easily clear blocked or damaged grease nipples.
It features a durable die cast zinc head, a heavy gauge steel barrel and a heavy duty follower assembly to handle a wide range of grease viscosities up to NLGI No 2. It comes complete with a 150mm (6") rigid high pressure extension and a KY SUPERGRIP coupler, and suits 450g grease cartridges, bulk filling or Macnaught J3 transfer pump loading.

Zinc Version: A zinc version of the K45 suitable for underground use.
High Pressure: Develops 12,000psi with ease to push grease through the toughest applications.
Bulk Fill: Can be filled from a bulk supply of grease for economical and contamination free greasing.
Filler/Bleeder Outlet: A 9mm diameter hand operated filler and bleeder outlet for use with the Macnaught J3 grease pump or any other 9mm bulk fill grease pump.
Reversible Follower: Suits either cartridge or bulk applications.
Lockable Plunger: The plunge rod locks into the follower for easier bleeding.
Machined Thread: A machined barrel thread makes it easier to screw the barrel to the head.
Stepped Barrel: Shaped for easy grip.
Heavy-Duty Build: Reduces wear and makes pressure building effortless.
Long Lever Handle: Develops high greasing pressure to easily clear blocked grease nipples.
Screw Fasteners: No rivets, for easy servicing.
Rigid Extension: A 150mm (6") rigid high pressure extension for accurate two handed greasing.
Fully Repairable: Provides a much longer service life.
KY Coupler: The KY SUPERGRIP coupler gives a positive no leak connection so grease gets to the bearing.
