The P8-11 MAXILUBE is a reliable 50:1 air-operated greasing system that suits high volume grease users with many applications who require continuous high pressure greasing. The P8-11 suits 180kg pails and is equipped with a low air consumption motor that does not need to be lubricated thanks to modern polymer materials.
Users save on power and the oily mist and mess associated with air operated equipment is gone. It is also suitable for underground coal mine applications.

Non-Corroding Motor: A non-corroding air motor design needs no air line lubricator and is easy and low cost to repair.
50:1 Ratio: A 50:1 ratio air motor gives instant delivery of up to 50 times the applied air pressure.
Quiet Motor: A quiet air motor design meets all industry noise level standards.
Grease Hose: A 2.5m high pressure grease hose for connecting the pump to the installation or B2 grease gun.
B2 Booster Gun: Boosts greasing pressure up to 10,000psi when required to help clear blocked nipples or frozen fittings.
360 Degree Swivel: A 360 degree ZSB swivel improves manoeuvrability and offers easier one handed operation.
KY Coupler: The KY Supergrip 3 jaw high pressure coupler gives a positive no leak connection so grease gets to the bearing.
Follower Plate: A rubber edged follower plate wipes the container clean and prevents air pockets and contamination.
Sealed System: A fully sealed greasing system with an in-built grease strainer delivers clean grease to the bearing every time.
Accessories: A range of push on and quick release greasing accessories is available for different applications.
Fully Repairable: Provides a longer service life.
Optional Trolley: An optional TR205 trolley is available for ease of moving the product to the application.
