The K4 SUPERLUBE Portable High Pressure Manual Greasing System provides high volume and high pressure greasing in a compact, portable package. It consists of two main components, a hand operated spring-loaded T handle pump that dispenses grease from the container to the hose and gun, and a patented high pressure and high volume KR Pressurite gun.
When the gun is set on the high volume position it delivers up to 5,000 psi, and when set on the high pressure setting it delivers a lower volume of grease at higher pressures up to 10,000 psi. The K4 is an economical alternative to more expensive air-operated greasing systems.

Container Compatibility: A sliding bung adapter allows several different height grease pails from 12.5-20kg to be covered by one model.
Backup System: Can be used as a backup for power operated systems in case of a malfunction or breakdown such as a power failure.
Manual Operation: A manual greasing system for users who need high pressure greasing but do not have or cannot use air powered equipment.
Light and Portable: Holds more grease than a conventional handgun and is easily transported to the application.
Grease Capacity: Holds up to 45 times the grease capacity of a cartridge for less down time changing cartridges.
Self Air Bleeding: Self air bleeding when first used, so no air purging is necessary when changing containers.
Carry Handle: Manually operated and light weight with a carry handle for a portable go anywhere system.
Pressurite Gun: A 2 way KR patented Pressurite gun, two grease guns in one.
Pressure/Volume Switch: Delivers up to 5,000psi on the high volume setting or 10,000psi on the high pressure setting.
High Volume Greasing: The Pressurite gun offers high volume greasing up to 5,000psi for superior performance compared to hand held manual grease guns.
High Pressure Greasing: The Pressurite gun offers high pressure greasing up to 10,000psi to clear blocked or damaged grease nipples.
Sealed System: A fully sealed greasing system delivers clean grease to the bearing every time.
Viscosity Handling: Handles most greases up to NLGI No.2 viscosity.
Priming Pump: An easy push-down hand operated spring loaded T handle pump provides 60 shots at the gun with no pressure developed in the container, allowing one handed operation.
Follower Plate: A rubber edged follower plate wipes the container clean to use all the grease and prevents air pockets and contamination.
KY Coupler: The KY Supergrip coupler gives a positive no leak connection so grease gets to the bearing.
Grease Strainer: An inbuilt grease strainer ensures clean grease to the bearing.
Fully Repairable: Provides a longer service life.
Delivery Hose: A 3m grease delivery hose reaches difficult applications, transfer only to a maximum of 280psi.
360 Degree Swivel: A 360 degree swivel to the gun prevents hose kinking and twisting for easy one handed operation.
Accessories: A range of push-on and quick release greasing accessories is available for different applications.
