The Piusi Clear Captor 5 micron filter element, part F00611030, is the replacement element for the Piusi Clear Captor Filter Kit.
The Piusi Filter Media captures solids down to 5um at flow rates up to 100 L/min with a Beta rating of B2. This Piusi Filter Element is suitable for use with Diesel. Filter Elements are a maintenance item. Change the element when flow starts to drop off, and drain the bowl through the valve at its base between changes.

- Particulate filtration: Filtering paper captures solids down to 5 microns, so grit and rust are caught before they reach the pump or the vehicle.
- 100 L/min flow rate: Matched to the Clear Captor Filter F00611B00, so filtration does not throttle transfer speed.
- Dual stage ready: Sits upstream of the 30 micron water cartridge F00611040 when particulate and water removal run in series.
- Replaceable element: Fits the existing filter head on a 1" BSP male thread, so a service is a cartridge change rather than a new filter.
- Diesel and biodiesel: Rated for standard diesel and biodiesel blends in fuel transfer and dispensing.

Installation
- Dual stage filtration: When particulate and water removal run in series, this cartridge goes in the upstream filter F00611B00, ahead of the 30 micron water element F00611040.
- Fitting: Fits the Clear Captor filter head on a 1" BSP male thread.
- Servicing: Change the element when flow starts to drop off, and drain the bowl through the valve at its base between changes.
