This compact TradeQuip portable evaporative cooling unit suits smaller work areas while still delivering strong air output, producing up to 18,000 cubic metres of airflow per hour. It is housed in a rugged, weather resistant one piece moulded polyethylene shell that will not crack or leak, and a remote controlled three speed fan forces warm air over rigid, water soaked cooling media to lower ambient temperatures by up to 10 degrees Celsius. An adjustable swing louvre directs the cooled air where you need it.
Evaporative cooling works by cooling air through the evaporation of water, and is well suited to hot, low humidity climates. It offers substantial energy savings over refrigerated air units with low maintenance requirements, making it ideal for spot cooling of rooms, workshops, factories, laundries, schools and agricultural sheds.
