The Banlaw 800 Series dry break nozzles are engineered for mine refuelling, rail refuelling, ports, construction, fleets and forestry. They are the natural choice for most high-flow industrial diesel filling applications and are suitable for diesel fuel and similar fluids.
Standard and cold-temperature models incorporate automatic shut-off when installed with correctly matched receivers and tank vents. The Bulk Fill models (BAMS5, BARS5 and BAHS5) are supplied without automatic shut-off and should be selected only where the filling process is supervised or controlled elsewhere in the system.
The 800 Series connects with the most commonly encountered dry break receiver size, making it interchangeable with other equipment brands and simplifying the process of upgrading to a Banlaw solution. Rail and hydraulic nozzles will only couple with matched rail or hydraulic receivers.

- 800 L/min Flow: Sized for high-volume industrial diesel filling on mine sites, rail, ports, construction and forestry fleets.
- Dry Break Connection: Breaks dry so there is no fuel spill or spray at the coupling, even at full refuelling speed.
- Automatic Shut-Off: Standard and cold-temperature models shut off automatically when the tank fills, provided matched receivers and tank vents are fitted. The Bulk Fill models BAMS5, BARS5 and BAHS5 do not have automatic shut-off.
- Ball Locking Mechanism: Holds the nozzle onto the receiver under flow so it cannot fly off mid-fill.
- All-Steel Construction: Steel mating parts and a fully repairable design, so with regular maintenance these last for decades rather than being replaced.
- Five Spring Settings: Light through heavy spring options let the nozzle be matched to the receiver and line pressure on site.
- Interchangeable: Connects with the most commonly encountered dry break receiver size, so upgrading from another brand does not mean changing every receiver.
