The Graco LD Series pump is the latest lubrication solution from Graco. This affordable, full-featured pump is designed for lower volume applications and is available in 3:1 and 5:1 ratios for oil and 50:1 for grease, fine-tuned for a compact, flexible and durable solution.
Graco brings the field-proven performance found in the FireBall pump, with fast repairs, flexible configuration and an industry-leading warranty built in at a competitive price. This kit is configured for a 16kg grease drum.
Features
Pilot Valve: A patent-pending self-cleaning design increases reliability in dirty air environments and minimises pressure drop with rapid changeovers for reduced stalling and smoother flow.
5 Year Warranty: Backed by an industry-leading Graco factory 5 year warranty.
Three Inch Air Motor: A powerful three inch air motor provides more power to create better flow.
Bung Adapter: An adjustable bung adapter is included, with built-in slide adjustment and easy-set hand screws to fit more applications.
Durable Design: A patent-pending cup and plate design removes the need for O-rings that wear out faster, for a longer-lasting solution.
NXT Air Valve: Reduces icing in continuous-use applications and uses less air for better efficiency, and can be repaired or replaced without tearing down the internal pump components.
Modular Air Valve: Air inlet and exhaust locations configure with just four bolts for simple installation.
Thermal Relief and Inlet Strainer: Built-in thermal relief (oil only) protects equipment from thermal expansion, and a built-in inlet strainer (oil only) protects the pump from contaminants.
