A spray shield is how you cut in with an airless without masking first. Hold the blade against the edge, pull the trigger, move along. On fences, roofs, ceilings, cornice and woodwork it replaces an hour of taping with a shield in your off hand.
This one is 915 x 230mm in rigid aluminium with a one piece paint runoff lip, so the paint that lands on the blade runs to the lip instead of dripping back onto the work. The neck pivots and adjusts without tools, so the blade sets to whatever angle the edge needs.
The handle is injection moulded for strength and comfort, because a shield gets held at arm's length all day. Suits interior and exterior repaints.
