The PIUSI MC BOX is a cost-effective electronic fluids management system that lets fleet managers control and record diesel dispensing on site. It transfers data to a site PC using the supplied red manager's key, and access to fuel is authorised by PIN or yellow user key, with the date, time, volume, user and vehicle details recorded for every transaction.
Designed for small and medium businesses refuelling their own vehicles from on-site tanks, it supports up to 80 users and stores 255 transactions.
Features
Roller shutter: integrated roller shutter provides sun protection to the screen and pin pad assembly.
Console interfaces: supports an external nozzle switch, automatic tank gauge, pulse meter input and pump relay.
Authorised access: authorises dispensing to approved users via a PIN or Yellow User Key (i Button).
Transaction records: records the date, time and volume dispensed, plus user and vehicle details such as number plate (up to 10 alphanumeric characters) and odometer or engine hours (up to 6 numeric characters).
Preset dispensing: allows dispensing of preset volumes of fluid.
Tank level relay: manages a relay that turns off the pump when the tank reaches minimum level.
Data download: download via the Red Manager's Key i Button and USB Key Reader, direct PC connection using an RS Converter with USB plug (up to 1000m), or a connected printer.
