Overview

Integrated Two-Stage Filtration Solution: This pre-configured GO Guardian Filtration Kit provides robust two-stage purification for fluid handling systems. Joined filter heads house high-performance elements, first for specialised water removal (e.g., 10-micron) and then for fine particulate capture (e.g., 6-micron). Suited for diesel, oils, and hydrocarbons, the kit includes mechanical and electrical indicators on each head for proactive maintenance, ensuring optimal fluid cleanliness, component protection, and enhanced system reliability.

How it Works

The GO Guardian Kit employs a two-stage process: fluid initially passes through a water - absorbing element in the first joined head assembly. This de-watered fluid then flows to the second head, where a fine particulate filter removes solid contaminants. Indicators on each stage signal when their respective elements are saturated and require replacement, ensuring clean, dry fluid output.

Features

Features

  • Comprehensive Two-Stage Filtration: Dedicated water removal stage followed by a fine particulate filtration stage for optimal fluid purity.

  • High-Efficiency Water Removal: Specialised absorbent media effectively removes free and emulsified water, protecting against corrosion and fluid degradation.

  • Fine Particulate Capture: High-performance element captures solid containments, reducing wear and extending component life.

  • Integrated Dual Indicators (Per Stage): Each filter head equipped with
    • Mechanical (visual pop-up) differential pressure indicator.
    • Electrical output module for remote signalling of filter status (extra).

  • Robust Joined Head Assembly: Pre-configured, series-flow design for easy integration into fluid handling systems.

  • Durable Construction: Designed for demanding industrial environments.

  • FKM Seals Standard: Ensures wide fluid and temperature compatibility, suitable for hydrocarbons, oils, and diesel fuels.

  • Enhanced System Protection: Minimises downtime and maintenance costs by maintaining fluid cleanliness.

  • Promotes Timely Maintenance: Clear local and remote indication when filter elements require replacement.
