The Donaldson P566024, from GO Industrial, is a single-element, high-pressure point-of-use filter head designed for heavy-duty lube oil and hydraulic fluid dispensing lines.
Unlike the standard Donaldson P566023 model, the Donaldson P566024 Filter Head hP features an integrated internal bypass valve to protect system components against over-pressurisation during cold starts or element clogging.
Built to withstand working pressures up to 1,000 PSI (68.9 bar), this filter head mounts Donaldson’s M85-threaded high-pressure cartridge elements (such as P565183, P565184, or P565185) to deliver single-pass ISO cleanliness compliance right at the nozzle or hose reel.

- SAE-16 Ports: Inlet and outlet are both SAE-16, so it drops into a standard bulk transfer line without adapters.
- Bypass Protection: A bypass valve opens at 3.45 bar so flow continues if the element blinds off, protecting the pump.
- Single Element: Takes one spin-on element, so the filtration rating is set by the element you choose.
- Compact Footprint: At 114 mm wide and 109 mm high it mounts inside a cabinet or on a skid frame.
- Cold Start Margin: The bypass also covers cold thick oil, when pressure drop across a clean element still runs high.
