This filter manifold is designed for high-flow bulk fuel and lubricant conditioning. Built to house four parallel Donaldson or GO Fill spin-on filter elements, this high-capacity manifold unit distributes fluid evenly to process high flow rates with minimal pressure drop
This innovative design, from Donaldson, make the P561880 filter manifold an ideal choice for bulk diesel transfer stations, high-speed refuelling bowsers, and heavy-duty hydraulic polishing systems. Whether mounted on service trucks or static storage tanks, the Donaldson P561880 delivers maximum particulate and water contamination removal, safeguarding modern high-pressure common rail (HPCR) engines and sensitive equipment from costly wear and downtime.
The manifold accepts Donaldson Clean Solutions spin-on elements including DBB8664, DBB8665, DBB8666, DBB8777 and DBB0248. Filter elements are sold separately and four are required.
Features
- Four Element Bank: Four elements in parallel carry bulk transfer flow without forcing a pressure drop.
- Filters Not Included: The manifold is supplied bare, so the filtration rating is set by the elements you fit.
- Flanged Connection: ANSI 150 flanges on inlet and outlet take the pressure and flow that threaded ports cannot.
- Parallel Banks: Elements run in parallel, so pressure drop stays low across the whole bank even at full flow.
- 2 Inch ANSI: 2 inch ANSI 150 flanges, 152 mm flange diameter, on a 487 by 616 mm frame.
