Displacement pump 287834 is the lower inside the RPS 2900 pump (24G767) fitted to RoadLazer RoadPak and RoadPak HD line striping systems. It arrives fully assembled with the cylinder, MaxLife piston rod, intake housing, carbide seat, both stainless valve balls and both packing stacks already in place, so it goes back on and straight into the next job.
A full lower is the call when the cylinder bore or the piston rod is scored, or when a rebuilt pump has stopped holding pressure. Where the wear is confined to the packings, repair kit 287835 does the same job for a fraction of the outlay, so pull the pump down and check the rod and bore before deciding which way to go.
RoadPak runs one RPS 2900 pump and RoadPak HD runs two. The same lower is fitted to the GH 833 and GH 833ES gas hydraulic sprayers. Rated to 4000 psi for architectural coatings, paints, roof coatings and below grade coatings, with the parts breakdown and rebuild procedure in manual 311485 below.
Features
- Complete Lower: Ships fully assembled with the cylinder, piston rod, intake housing, carbide seat, valve balls and both packing stacks fitted, so there is no build-up work on the bench.
- MaxLife Piston Rod: Runs the MaxLife rod for long service life in abrasive, high-build traffic paints.
- Rated Output Restored: Brings the RPS 2900 back to its 4000 PSI | 275 BAR maximum fluid pressure and 18.9 L/min maximum flow.
- Straight Swap: The same lower Graco fits at build, so a worn pump can be changed over without re-plumbing or re-rating the system.
- Dual-Fit: Suits RoadLazer RoadPak and RoadPak HD striping systems as well as the GH 833 and GH 833ES gas hydraulic sprayers.
- Rebuildable: Packing kit 287835, piston valve kit 287837 and intake carbide seat kit 287838 all suit this pump, so the next service is a rebuild rather than another replacement.
